Domanda: con la presente per chiedere se in caso di RTI, l'Impresa non capogruppo, pur non avendo la categoria SOA OG 10, può avere la percentuale maggiore nella suddivisione del lavoro.
Risposta: In caso di RTI verticale si conferma la possibilità che la mandante possa sostenere la percentuale maggiore nella esecuzione dei lavori. |
